Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation at The Knights Kitchen, you agree to our reservation & cancellation terms.

Reservations & Walk-Ins

We accept reservations only for guests dining with us. If you are not planning to eat but would like to enjoy a drink or a coffee and cake, you are always welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

We allow bookings an allocated time of 2 hours from the time of your reservation. If you wish to stay longer, please give us a call. We would also respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Where this is not the case, the time that you are seated will depend entirely on availability. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without notice, you may lose your table to another group. Reservations guarantee a seat in the area you requested, but do not guarantee a specific table. If you wish to book a particular table, please add a comment or give us a call at +35627136529.

Accessibility

Our restaurant is located on the first floor and rooftop, accessible only via a staircase with many steps. Unfortunately, this means the premises is not wheelchair accessible.

Children

We are happy to welcome children aged 8 and above who remain seated at the table and do not run around the restaurant, for the safety and comfort of all our guests.

Pets

We love animals, but to keep everyone comfortable, pets aren’t allowed inside the restaurant. On the terrace, only small and quiet dogs are allowed. Of course, service dogs assisting individuals with visual impairments are always welcome. If you’re dining with your furry friend, feel free to relax in our terrace seating area!

No-Show Policy

To secure your reservation, we may request your card details. No charges will be applied at the time of booking, but in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee may be charged. You can cancel your reservation up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation or in case of a no-show, your card will be charged 5 EUR per person. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. 

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors.
